Assistant Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Assistant Director. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and social sciences, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to committees and task forces.
  • Develop and implement thought leadership papers and reports on key areas of higher education.
  • BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH UNIVERSITIES AND STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Organize and manage conferences and events, including designing programs and identifying partners.
  • Execute projects in industry-academia engagement, including capacity building programs for faculty and higher education leadership.
Requirements
  • MBA or relevant degree from a reputable institution.
  • 4-12 years of experience in education or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of higher education policy, regulatory framework, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analysis, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interface with stakeholders at mid/senior level, including government, regulatory bodies, universities, and industry leaders.
