Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Compliance Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining effective risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance

Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

Compliance Policy Development

Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.

Audit and Review

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance policies and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regulatory reports in a timely manner and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Training and Education

Provide training and education to staff on compliance policies and procedures.

Liaison with Regulatory Bodies

Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as necessary to ensure compliance.

Investigation and Resolution

Investigate and resolve compliance breaches or violations in a timely and effective manner.

Documentation and Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate and complete records of compliance activities and issues raised/resolved.
