Senior Legal Position

This is a senior legal position within the Office of Integrity and Compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in a legal & compliance role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Program Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program, including drafting policies and processes, defining system controls, and monitoring for continuous improvements.
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Conceptualize, develop, and implement a third-party risk management program to ensure effective mitigation of risks associated with third-party interactions.
  • Due Diligence and Training: Conduct or oversee due diligence on third parties and provide compliance training and education to internal stakeholders through formal sessions and informal instructions.
  • Risk Mitigation and Advisory: Identify and propose risk mitigation plans during process reviews and provide advisory services to internal stakeholders on applicable regulatory mandates.
  • Policy Administration: Draft and administer policies, including the Code of Conduct and Ethics, to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.

  • Report Development: Extensive experience in developing reports and creating policies and procedures.
