Compliance Officer

This role involves overseeing all Microsoft partner-related compliance activities.
- Key responsibilities include monitoring and understanding all relevant Microsoft partner program policies, ensuring RSM's continued compliance, developing and enforcing internal guidelines consistent with Microsoft's partner code of conduct, staying up-to-date on Microsoft partner compliance requirements, managing annual Microsoft Partner compliance process, and providing regular updates on RSM's compliance status to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk management or program management roles.
- Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR) is necessary.
- Prior work with vendor compliance programs or technology internal audits is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively are essential for this position.
