Cloud Support Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless support to client needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize, and execute projects and initiatives collaboratively with senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute projects and initiatives to meet client needs.
  • Meeting Management: Manage meetings, document interactions, and ensure follow-up and follow-through on actions.
  • Workload Prioritization: Help prioritize workload and maintain a healthy team by empowering and motivating team members.
  • Goal Setting: Set goals for team members, present progress reports, and have good control over work management processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree Requirement: Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Industry-accepted certifications in management space.
  • Familiarity with Our Product: Familiarity with our product or a similar product used by financial institutions.
  • Customer Experience: Multiple years of experience working with customers and partners.
  • Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions, or large enterprise IT environment.
  • Technical Discussions: Experience in leading techno-functional discussions with clients and knowledge of cloud concepts.
Technical Skills:
  • Agile Methodologies: Agile and Scrum experience.
  • Process Methodologies: Process methodologies used in the software industry.
  • Java-Based Implementations: Good understanding of Java-based technical implementations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
  • Database Concepts: Strong database concepts.
  • Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Wiki, planning software, and Agile project management tools.
