Cloud Architect Position Overview

This is a senior-level role in the career progression for SAP Basis consultants.

  • As a Cloud Architect, you will work closely with the SAP presales team to understand customer requirements and create landscape architecture/design.
  • You will be responsible for discussing landscape architecture with customer leaders and their technical teams.
  • This role requires customer-facing interactions, including joining meetings, answering technical queries, and presenting assessments.
  • The position involves no hands-on work, focusing on architectural guidance.

  • Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature: Prepare assessments and conduct workshops with customers.
  • Customer Deal Support – Post Signature: Provide support and answer questions related to delivery.
