SAP PP Consultant for Global Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP consultant to join our team. As a key member of our global manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP PP systems to drive business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and configure SAP PP systems to support global manufacturing operations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including logistics, quality, and supply chain.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other logistics components (MM/QM/SD/PM).
  4. Lead process improvements and optimize SAP PP configurations to meet business needs.
  5. Analyze and resolve complex SAP PP system issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Extensive experience in SAP PP implementation, configuration, and customization.
  2. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including MRP, Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, and Batch management.
  3. Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA manufacturing E2E processes and industry solutions like PEO, ETO, Advanced Variant Configuration, ePPDS planning & scheduling topics.
  4. Experience in MES integrations (Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Manufacturing Execution systems) with S/4 HANA.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
