Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organization as a Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering products and services that best fit their requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of our customers, and offer them our products and services that meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity records using our CRM system.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively contact customers to inform them about new products and services, promotions, and other relevant updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
