Job Title:

App Monitoring Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage application monitoring systems.
  • Setup alerts and notifications for different applications.
  • Define and fine-tune alert settings, integrating monitoring tools in incident management software.
  • Understand web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Analyse and optimise application code with respect to error handling and alerting.
  • Manage synthetic monitoring and alarm management.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Liaison role between teams.
  • Knowledge of best practices and principles.

  • Accuracy in monitoring configuration.
  • Provide support and training to teams.
