Enterprise Risk Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Leader to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic risks across various domains, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and leveraging data analytics to enhance risk monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, define risk appetite and tolerance in collaboration with senior leadership, and ensure effective risk governance.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks across credit, operational, market, liquidity, and compliance domains, utilizing industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, etc.), manage relationships with regulators, and deliver timely risk reports and incident analyses.
  • Risk Analytics & Technology Integration: Leverage data analytics tools and emerging technologies to enhance risk monitoring, decision-making, and reporting.
  • Leadership & Risk Culture: Lead and mentor the risk team, promote a risk-aware culture, and drive continuous improvement through training, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies across various domains (credit, operational, market, etc.).
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and reporting (RBI, SEBI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to promote and foster a risk-aware culture within an organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
