Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Risk Officer to develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework aligned with business goals and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating key risks across various domains, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging analytics to enhance risk monitoring. This role requires strong leadership to promote a risk-aware culture and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Risk Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, and define risk appetite and tolerance with senior leadership.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks across credit, operational, market, liquidity, and compliance domains.
- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, etc.), manage relationships with regulators, and deliver timely risk reports and incident analyses.
- Risk Analytics & Technology Integration: Leverage analytics tools and emerging technologies to enhance risk monitoring and decision-making.
- Leadership & Risk Culture: Lead and mentor the risk team, promote a risk-aware culture, and drive continuous improvement through training, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills Required:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies across various domains (credit, operational, market, etc.).
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and reporting (RBI, SEBI, etc.).
- Familiarity with risk analytics tools and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Ability to promote and foster a risk-aware culture within an organization.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
