Chief Risk Management Specialist

This role is responsible for developing predictive models, performing customer segmentation, and providing analytical support to the bank's businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth data analysis to answer complex business questions, across Risk, Credit, and Liabilities domain, delivering actionable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and implement statistical models to predict risks and support decision-making.
- Work on developing and deploying machine learning models, Python models to extract valuable insights, predict trends, and enable intelligent automation across various business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock the full potential of data across the organization.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, including experience with modeling and predictive analytics.
- Experience in building scorecards, analytical models in the BFSI sector will be necessary.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Python for driving Data insights, Data Automation, Data Cleaning.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong ability to communicate complex ideas, and a keen eye for detail. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
