We're seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to derive insights from data, identify gaps, and develop impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Insight Generation: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities supporting strategic decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Design intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Strategic Modelling: Develop predictive models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with analytical software is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
