Drive Customer Acquisition as a Senior Growth Manager

This is a pivotal role that involves driving customer acquisition through our referral program. The focus is on organic growth marketing, and the successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale our largest channel of new customer acquisitions, reducing the overall cost of customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies for the referral program, ensuring seamless integration with product, tech, and creative teams.
  • Optimize the program through A/B testing and reward structure experimentations, analyzing metrics to improve conversion rates and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage in referral programs.

Foster App Retention:

  • Develop and implement personalized multi-channel communication to boost awareness, engagement, and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
  • Create and optimize nurturing journeys through the funnel to improve lead rates, referrals, and reviews.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to optimize app flows, improving engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience working in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals.
  • Experience managing budgets and being accountable for growth performance of a referral program.
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and messaging platforms such as Gupshup, Kaleyra.
  • Passionate about mining customer insight, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills.
