Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR operations to drive strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.
  • Mentor HR teams to ensure compliance and implement people processes that align with business goals for organizational growth.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, including visa management, deputation tracking, and travel policy compliance.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience by designing targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Embed company values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum development, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.

Required Skills

  • Post Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
