Key Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM).

At least 2+ years of managerial experience within the HR function.

Strong knowledge of Indian labor regulations and multi-country operations experience.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Ability to motivate, inspire, and empower employees to excel in their roles.
