As a Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, optimization, and service delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement infrastructure strategies that support business objectives.

Your deep technical, architectural, and domain skills, combined with a commercial orientation and fiscal prudence, will ensure the provisioning of world-class solutions that empower our brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end operating model ownership
  • Engaging with stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction
  • Acting as the single point of accountability and escalation for technology service provisioning
  • Ensuring execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy
  • Driving adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools
">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container and network services
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation and Telemetry/AI Ops
  • Experience setting up and managing command center for triaging and quickly restoring services
