Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time technology leader to provide strategic direction for our India-based technology operations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and technical staff in the development of clinically relevant AI-enabled health analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the development of enterprise-level health analytics and risk management solutions with an end-user clinical and care management perspective.
  2. Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  3. Build and optimize internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  4. Drive operational efficiency by implementing project management tools and processes that contribute to optimal team performance and results.
  5. Encourage innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in running and leading teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to translate client and SME insights into product and operational requirements for the technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.

  • Executive presence and ability to interface effectively with senior leaders.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
