About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert support for SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM) in S/4 HANA environment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and service requests related to payment processing.
  • Configure and maintain payment formats, payment media, and payment methods to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Support integration between APM and bank communication systems for efficient payment processing.
  • Implement and maintain bank communication channels and payment processing workflows to optimize business operations.
  • Perform root cause analysis for payment processing issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for APM processes and configurations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical payment processing support and ensure 24/7 availability.
  • Implement system enhancements related to payment management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support regulatory compliance for payment processing across multiple regions and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar role with expertise in SAP APM and S/4 HANA environments.

Knowledge of Multi Bank Connectivity (MBC) is desirable or training will be provided after joining.
