We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Base24 Transaction Processing Specialist.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transaction processing systems, specifically in Base24 EPS (Electronic Payment Server).
This position involves developing, configuring, and maintaining Base24 EPS applications to support transaction processing and payment systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and configuring Base24 EPS applications for efficient transaction processing.
- Working on designing, developing, and integrating ATM, POS, and payment switch systems.
- Enhancing, customizing, and fixing defects in EPS modules.
- Analyzing business and technical requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Supporting production environments through troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Maintaining compliance with industry standards for security, scalability, and high availability.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Base24 EPS development and support.
- Strong knowledge of Tandem/HP NonStop (TACL, TAL, COBOL, C, SCOBOL, Pathway, Enscribe, SQL/MP).
- Familiarity with payment transaction processing (ATM, POS, ISO8583, EMV).
- Hands-on experience with XPNET, ACI tools, and BASE24-EPS modules.
- Experience with interfaces to networks (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, UPI, etc.).
- Understanding of system performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Good to Have:
- Experience with HPE NonStop OSS environment.
- Knowledge of Java, MQ, and APIs for system integrations.
- Experience with testing and certification with payment networks.
