Job Title: Deputy Manager-Reconciliation and Settlements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager-Reconciliation and Settlements. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in advancing our customer-centric approach by empowering merchants to provide seamless payment experiences.

  • Manage reconciliation and settlements activities to ensure an efficient operating model.
  • Process payments within established turnaround times and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, technical enhancements, and human interface optimization.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong technical and analytical skills, with a proven track record of success in team-based environments. You will also have experience in managing operational risk, leading projects, and preparing management information for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant work experience from International Payment Gateways, Fintech, Acquiring settlement, and Banks.
  • A minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with a predominant focus on merchant's settlement and reconciliation.
  • Graduation from a recognized University with an accounting background (B.COM) preferred.
