Job Title: Module Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the organization's SAP IT landscape.

This critical role is responsible for setting and managing the SAP Finance and Controlling module in alignment with business requirements. The successful candidate will have mastery-level competency in the SAP Finance and Controlling module and drive SAP solution architecture and business design within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance SAP solutions for finance processes, including defining scope and documenting business needs.
  • Define, design, and deliver SAP process improvements, ensuring best practice design and implementation of SAP solutions for finance processes.
  • Support technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development, including integration with key applications and services within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Provide architecture and design guidance, guiding development and functional teams to configure and implement solutions according to SAP standards and best practices.
  • Monitor progress and lead the team to ensure all processes are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong functional knowledge of sales, manufacturing, or other enterprise processes using SAP with specialization in the Finance and Controlling module.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a related field to the area of responsibility.
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA Finance).
  • Certification in SAP: Preferred (FI/CO Module).
  • Minimum of 7 years prior experience in managing large-scale SAP-related programs in the capacity of Module Lead.
