Business Growth Specialist

  • Growth Strategies:
    • Develop and execute business expansion plans that drive rapid user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for B2B products.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing the user experience.
    • Enhance customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
    • Ensure the success and achievement of assigned goals (P&L, customers onboarded, activated) for the category.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Spearhead relationships with financial institutions, partners, and key personnel for B2B products.
    • Maintain strong customer-centricity principles within the organization and with clients.
    • Understand customer needs and develop strategies to address them for fast resolution.
    • Identify key staff in client companies for profitable relationships.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends – regulations and competition.
  • Product Enablement:
    • Develop expertise in company offerings.
    • Create business models and high-end presentations with value propositions as part of product pitches.
    • Work with internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on NBBL products.
    • Manage multiple onboarding and go-live projects effectively and timely.
    • Prepare dashboards and trackers for management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, PPT, DOC.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools.
