Executive Regional Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Area Operations Director to oversee a cluster/region of properties, each with 40-50 keys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered to guests, overseeing various functions in their region including front office, housekeeping, guest relations, food and beverage, maintenance and engineering, human resources, etc.

They will work closely with hotel/hostel specific teams and other departments within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand the company's vision, operational structure, organisational hierarchy, user demographics, etc.
  2. Implement company operations standard operating procedures (SOPs) within your region.
  3. Oversee regional operations, adhering to company-defined standards in all departments.
  4. Manage human resource development, training, etc., fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Manage operational efficiency, minimising expenses via cost-effective strategies.
  7. Supervise timely hostel pre-launches, ensuring operational readiness and quality checks.
  8. Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations, implementing service improvements, and ensuring a positive experience.
  9. Work with other internal departments.
  10. Build relationships with industry professionals to stay updated on trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
  2. Minimum 6 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive operational experience managing multiple properties or regions.
  3. Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  5. Fluency in English and local language is mandatory.
  6. Willingness to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations.
