Job Overview

The Senior Executive Client Servicing role is a key position within our organization. As a senior client servicing executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This includes serving as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns. You will also be responsible for regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback.

Campaign Execution

To execute effective campaigns, you will need to have a deep understanding of the client's brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions (USPs). This will involve working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

Project Management

You will assist managers in prioritizing tasks and maintaining timelines and schedules. This will involve prioritizing tasks across various brands ensuring the timely & accurate delivery of client work.

Innovation and Research

To stay ahead of the curve, you will need to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. This will involve conducting competitive and industry analysis to understand the brand positioning, target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior.

Reporting and Data Analysis

You will be responsible for creating and updating reports for social media and brand analysis. This will involve collecting data from functional teams and using it to inform business decisions.

Vendor Management

Finally, you will be responsible for managing vendors, including invoicing and follow-up on payments. You will also maintain relevant trackers with accurate information.
