
Hub Operations Manager

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing HUB Admin activities and operations.
The successful candidate will be required to define scope and Key Result Areas (KRA's) for team members, communicate and coordinate with immediate management for day-to-day activities, and report to the Regional Admin Head – on daily activities, incident management, etc.
The individual must have experience in soft services facility management and facility operations and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HUB Admin activities and operations.
- Define scope and Key Result Areas (KRA's) for team members.
- Communicate and coordinate with immediate management for day-to-day activities.
- Directly report to the Regional Admin Head – TCSiON on daily activities, incident management, etc.
- Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress.
- Manage calls and discussions.
- End-to-end Exam day and non-Exam day administrative activities management and team coordination.
- Ensure zero incidents on Exam day related to Admin Services.
- Support recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
- Define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the Admin Team within the HUB.
- Train and develop the Admin Team within the HUB.
- Standardize processes at all Exam Venues within the HUB.
- Manage vendors, support the Regional Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.
- Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to the Regional Admin Head and Senior Management as needed.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters within the HUB.
- Ensure SLA/SLC compliance at Exam Venues.
- Governance over ViDZ/LISP partners, regular meetings, and closure of audit points.
- Deploy ad-hoc/contract manpower at Exam Venues.
- Support shortlisting prospective partners/venues based on defined parameters within the region.
- Maintain and monitor legal compliances for all Venues.
- Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP.
- Conduct surprise checks at Exam Venues.
- Handle crisis situations.
- Coordinate and manage manpower agencies on deployment and other staff-related issues & Compliances.
- Conduct audits of Exam venues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (written/verbal).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
- Experience in soft services facility management.
- Experience in facility operations and management.
- Proven team management experience.
- Conflict management experience.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure.
- Williness to travel.
- Good liaisoning with Police and other local Govt. departments.
- Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations.
- Vendor management skills.
- Open to taking complete ownership, responsibility, and accountability of assigned work.
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional certifications.
- Additional language knowledge.
- Strong analytical and logical understanding.
