Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Faculty located in Kochi. The Logistics Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training content, conducting workshops, evaluating student performance, providing mentorship, and staying updated with industry trends and standards. They will also be tasked with continuous improvement of curriculum, collaborating with industry experts, and participating in professional development.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and operations
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and e-learning platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage classroom dynamics
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in the training or education sector is a plus
