We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing web and mobile applications, as well as a strong understanding of User Experience design principles, including journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, and Digital Transformation & Design System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive websites, native mobile applications, financial mobile apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition to maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, and trends in mobile design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is preferable.
  • Experience in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
