Job Title: Senior Software Solutions Expert

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or system design with conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques.
  • Hands-on experience as a software engineer with expertise in Node JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Express JS, Mocha, CouchDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes on the Azure platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Business Analysis - collaborate with internal customers (product owners) to understand needs and translate them into working solutions.
  • Adaptability - willingness to build solutions using tools with little previous exposure.
  • Empathy - ability to understand customer challenges and drive resolution.
  • High-quality technical documentation production.
  • Strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution, and improved efficiencies and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise system development and integration.
