About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to take on a challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, customizing, developing, and supporting IBM Sterling solutions for clients.

As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of IBM Sterling OMS Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and customization of IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and customizations.
  • Configure and customize IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based custom applications software to meet specific client needs, including menu layouts, pricing, promotions, and integrations with other systems.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM Sterling OMS software, providing timely and effective support to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of IBM Sterling with other systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IBM Sterling functionality, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in point of sale technology, providing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to IBM Sterling and custom Java app configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
