Senior Power Apps Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint, with a proven ability to architect solutions, drive governance, and mentor junior team members.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to end-to-end migration of InfoPath forms into Power Apps, ensuring modern, efficient, and user-friendly replacements.
  • Design and develop complex Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Develop and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies for long-term maintainability.
  • Optimize Power BI dashboards to support reporting and analytics needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development and customization.
  • Proven experience with ShareGate for SharePoint migration.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with SPFx, React/TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
