EaseMySpace (EMS) is on a mission to make urban living easier.

We're looking for a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader to join our founding team as a Co-Founder.

Role Overview:

This pivotal role involves driving the company's future by shaping strategy, growth, and finance. You'll work closely with the founding team to build long-term vision, unlock capital, and design scalable business models that can transform intra-city living in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy: Define business roadmaps, competitive positioning, and market expansion.
  • Growth: Build partnerships, accelerate user acquisition, and scale revenue.
  • Finance: Lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning.
  • Leadership: Be hands-on with decision-making and guide the company alongside the founder.
Requirements:

We're seeking an exceptional candidate with:

  • Prior experience in investments, strategy consulting, or growth leadership roles.
  • A strong network in the VC, PE, or startup ecosystem.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – ability to build from scratch and take ownership.
  • A passion for solving real urban problems and scaling businesses that impact millions.
  • A readiness to bring investment to the startup.
