Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance clients' online reputation.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.
  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management.
  • Prepare detailed reports, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Availability for a full-time traineeship.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
