Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships, payments, and related MIS.
  • Ensure end-to-end administrative support to stores and office, creating a delightful customer experience.
  • Oversee maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair.
  • Coordinate events and manage travel arrangements.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and assets, as well as HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants.
  • Responsible for procurement, PO, GRN, invoice processing, and recommending cost-saving options.
  • Procure and renew admin-related licenses and MIS.
  • Audit the workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
