Business Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the finance and administrative operations of an organization. The successful candidate will lead the team in managing day-to-day financial management, statutory compliance, procurement, insurance administration, and operational support.
The role plays a critical part in setting up and maintaining financial instruments and risk protections to ensure that the organization meets its regulatory, contractual, and operational obligations while supporting its role as an offshore service provider.
Apart from these duties, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the finance and administrative operations, ensuring all regulatory and statutory requirements are met, managing banking relationships, procuring IT equipment, software licenses, and office supplies, and developing internal administrative policies and workflows.
This role requires a strong understanding of labour law, tax compliance, and statutory reporting, as well as experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and digital banking tools.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or business operations
