Job Description:

The primary objective of this senior project management role is to establish a robust and sustainable organization, driving the execution of projects in a timely and financially viable manner. This involves conceiving, planning, and delivering projects that meet the required quality standards, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder expectations.

This role has the opportunity to build a profitable business, develop long-term strategies, drive performance excellence, and implement effective governance systems. The successful candidate will achieve these objectives by establishing financial discipline, managing project profitability, and implementing robust project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver projects within contractual timelines, costs, and margins
  • Project execution: completion within budgeted cost and time
  • Contract management: zero loss damages and timely contractual communications
  • Design review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones
  • Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures
  • Explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims
  • Manage all environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks affecting project delivery

This role requires strong commercial orientation, project management capabilities, and vendor management skills. Additionally, it demands people leadership, influencing without authority, and effective stakeholder management.
