About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced ETRM developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise trading and risk management solutions.

The role will focus on building and enhancing systems using Openlink Endur or similar ETRM platforms such as RightAngle or Allegro, catering to the complex needs of the utilities and power distribution industry.

As part of this role, you will work on developing high-performance applications, integrating with trading systems, and ensuring seamless data flow across various business processes.

The position demands strong programming skills, in-depth domain knowledge, and the ability to solve real-world challenges in energy trading and risk management.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions on ETRM platforms (Endur, RightAngle, Allegro) to meet business requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ETRM applications and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C#, .NET, Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, Python, and R.
  • Optimize database performance and develop robust queries, stored procedures, and scripts in SQL Server, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in ETRM development (Endur, RightAngle, Allegro).
  • Strong programming expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Framework, Core Java, Advanced Java, J2EE, JavaScript, SQL Server, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Python & R.
  • Domain experience in the utilities and power distribution sector.
