Key Responsibilities-
Strategic Leadership
Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans across all business units.
Drive transformation, innovation, and sustainability initiatives to achieve long-term growth.
Provide inputs to the Board and Group CEO on industry trends, risk assessments, and expansion opportunities.
Business Development & Growth
Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities in domestic and global markets.
Build strategic alliances, partnerships, and joint ventures to strengthen market position.
Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and high-value client relationships.
Drive revenue growth while ensuring profitability across all verticals.
Projects & Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects
Monitor performance against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Implement operational excellence frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance measures.
Integrate advanced technologies (AI, IoT, digital platforms) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Financial & P&L Accountability
Manage overall P&L, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Ensure financial discipline and adherence to compliance frameworks.
Provide strategic inputs for investment decisions and capital allocation.
People Leadership & Culture
Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional leadership team.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology with MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Minimum 20+ years of senior leadership experience in Energy, Renewables, Infrastructure, or Technology-led industries.
Proven track record of business development, project execution, and scaling multi-vertical businesses.
Strong exposure to global best practices, sustainability frameworks, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in P&L management and stakeholder engagement at Board/Investor level.
