Position Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with CPA firms and end clients effectively.
  • Review monthly and yearly bookkeeping/accounting projects.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Familiarize yourself with bank and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience managing teams.
  • Familiarity with tax forms 940, 941, and 1099.
  • Show strong organizational skills to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and independently oversee projects from start to finish.

Requirements:


• Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as team management abilities


• Good English communication skills - verbal and written


• Strong reviewer and query resolution skills


• Proficiency in US Accounting


• Familiarity with US Payroll


• Advanced knowledge of QBO, QBD, Xero, and Excel


• Comfortable with flexible US shifts
