Financial Operations Manager

Key Finance Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled finance professional to lead our end-to-end financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of accounting standards, and a proven track record in strategic planning and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.
- Partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance against KPIs and highlight variances with actionable recommendations.
- Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.
- Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and ROI analysis for new projects and investments.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Oversee client billing, revenue recognition, and working capital management.
- Support external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
- 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in IT/Consulting.
- Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial tools, and MS Excel (advanced level).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
