  • Resolve customer complaints by listening to their concerns and selecting the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by processing customer adjustments.
  • Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for product or service recommendations to management.
  • Prepare reports on customer information and sales performance to aid in business decision-making.
  • Contribute to the team effort by completing tasks as needed and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
