Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Veeda Clinical Research Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, project management, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to provide insights and adapt business approaches.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing business development team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and develop new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in B.Pharm / M.Pharm or MBA shall be added advantage.
  • 14-18 years of experience in business development or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is ₹80 lakhs - ₹1.2 crores per annum, depending on experience.
