About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive collection activities and achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Aggressively follow up with customers on overdue amounts to minimize debts and maintain loss experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to collections.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
