Job Overview:

A seasoned Workday expert is sought after to spearhead complex solutions across client implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and functional prowess across functional areas required for developing and delivering sophisticated solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, identifying requirements and defining project scope.
  • Design Workday solutions tailored to meet client needs, conducting thorough verification sessions with client personnel.
  • Configure Workday based on client specifications, performing rigorous self-reviews and smoke testing of delivered work.
  • Provide comprehensive support during application testing, driven by scenarios from the client team.
  • Offer production support, including supporting Workday solutions post-deployment.
  • Assist with migration activities and production rollout into the production environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday, combined with a total of 12 years' experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
