We are looking for a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Your primary duties will include coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. You will break down complex projects into manageable tasks and create detailed schedules to ensure timely completion.

You will also be responsible for liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. This will involve assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management.

In addition, you will evaluate client needs as projects evolve, analyze risks and opportunities, and oversee project procurement management. You will monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

Effective communication is key in this role, and you will be responsible for communicating project status to all stakeholders. You will also utilize tools for monitoring working hours, plans, and expenditures.

Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports is also a crucial aspect of this position. You will conduct quality assurance tests to ensure that standards and requirements are met.

Requirements:
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
