Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Balance Sheet team in Finance and Accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting, including coordination with internal and external auditors.
  • Develop and implement management information systems (MIS) and management reporting frameworks.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to maintain high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather data and insights required for accurate financial reporting.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IGAAP.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in financial reporting, preferably in banking or financial services industry.
