This is a full-time position for a Chartered Accountant to oversee and manage the financial activities of our hospitality business.
The individual will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting analysis, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all properties.
- Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
- Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
- Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each unit.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide actionable insights on cost management and profitability improvement.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
