Chief Financial Officer Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for generating timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and international standards.

  • Monitoring of all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable & accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Management of working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection.
  • Assurance of the application and improvement of financial policies, procedures, accounts system, and controls within the entity.
  • Communication with senior leadership regarding any fraud or compliance issues.
  • Preparation of consolidated management reports for senior leadership, including monthly/quarterly reporting packages with full financial statements, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, actual versus budget, and last year variances.

Financial decision-making requires reliable data. As a CFO, you'll deliver value-added business analysis and define meaningful financial and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions.
