Job Summary

  • As a senior finance professional, you will be responsible for creating and managing recurring reports across departments/projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain multiple spreadsheets, trackers, and performance documents to organize and structure operational data in a digestible format.
  2. Track disbursements, vendor payments, and summary sheets to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  3. Support the Director with time-sensitive reports, internal coordination, and documentation.
  4. Assist in basic financial summaries and reporting as required.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, MIS, or coordination roles.
  2. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  3. Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, multi-sheet management).
  4. Experience in working directly with leadership or in small teams is a plus.
  5. Comfortable handling data across domains.
  6. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  7. Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
