Instrument Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the effort to develop, assign, and manage maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment.
  • Support asset reliability by developing and assigning appropriate equipment strategy.
  • Oversee equipment strategy assignment, collaborate with team members, and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Perform engineering activities covering all key areas of instrumentation technology.
  • Review and update equipment maintenance strategy for instrumentation.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
  • Understanding of asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
  • Standardize instrumentation maintenance procedure and test intervals across similar asset classes.
